LFW – London Trends Up To Now

Beatrice Lessi

London is known for being the most extravagant and innovative of the Big Four (New York, London, Milan and Paris Fashion Weeks). And indeed, the first catwalks of the LFW and street style outfits have shown that, in comparison to New York minimalism, London dares a bit more by mixing patterns, going grunge, alternating seasons and styles all together in one look, featuring new and unknown designers. But this year, near to all this, we are also seeing very wearable styles. Topshop Unique is the best example of this: great style, wearable pieces, affordable prices.
The key colours? As already seen in NY: white in all its variation, blue (also in denim), and red.

White and Cream

Are probably the most viewed shades in the LFW.

Trends are definitely in the streets too; cream and beige also beloved by street stylers.

Blue in all shades

It’s the other big winner both for street style and on the catwalks of LFW.
