Nooria Made Me a Personalised Wellness Program. I Didn’t Expect This

Beatrice Lessi

Why?

I have run across the Sahara. I have finished a marathon in Antarctica. I have climbed to Everest Base Camp. So you’d think I have the whole performance and recovery thing figured out.
Not quite.

Here’s what nobody tells you about endurance: the races are the easy part. It’s the in-between — the training blocks, the fatigue management, the keeping your body functional across decades — that requires constant recalibration. And after years of running on instinct, curiosity, and sheer stubbornness, I decided it was time to be a little more scientific about it.

That’s how I ended up with a box from Nooria on my kitchen table.

Nooria Is The Fastest Growing Swiss Personalised Program

Nooria is a Swiss brand — and yes, I live in Zurich, so I take Swiss quality seriously — but what caught my attention wasn’t flashy wellness marketing or vague promises. It was the fact that the whole thing is actually personalised.

Not fake-personalised. Properly personalised.

You do a detailed evaluation online — it took me about twnety minutes and felt oddly like therapy for my metabolism — and within 24 hours their scientific advisory board sends you a full program designed around you. Your habits, your lifestyle, your weak spots, your goals. Your daily intake calendar. Your profile.

Mine arrived the next morning, and I immediately read it twice like a very enthusiastic nerd.

The Arctic and Getting Married!

Two big things were converging on my life at the same time: a short expedition to the Arctic, and turning 60 — which I was planning to mark by getting married all over again, to the same man, under the blazing Italian sun. Different adventures, same level of commitment required.

Then I had to wait about ten days for the products because part of the program is literally produced specifically for your profile. Which, honestly, I loved. It feels less like buying supplements and more like someone actually paid attention.

What arrived was an 8-week program built in phases, with products designed to work together instead of competing for shelf space in your kitchen cabinet.

And the timing turned out to be unexpectedly perfect.

Clean and Organised

The program came with a clear calendar — I knew exactly what to take and when.

I started the program just before travelling to Svalbard, so naturally the Nooria products ended up coming with me into the Arctic. Cold air, disrupted sleep, physical effort, constant movement — exactly the kind of environment where you notice quickly whether your body is cooperating or protesting.

Then I went to Italy in the middle of the heatwave, to finish preparing my wedding. feeling drained in an entirely opposite way.

And weirdly, the same program worked for both.

I Want It All And I Want It Now

In Svalbard I wanted resilience, energy and recovery. In the heat I wanted focus, lighter digestion, stamina, and enough energy to deal with hot days without feeling flattened by them. Different conditions, same goal: feeling strong, clear-headed and functional.

That part genuinely impressed me.

Purify

The first phase starts with Purifoor Formula, a gel designed to support digestion and nutrient absorption before adding anything else. I was deeply skeptical about the gel situation. But after two weeks? Better digestion, lighter mornings, less sluggishness. Quiet improvements, but real ones.

Perform

Then came Performoor Formula, a powder mixed with room temperature water before training. It has amino acids, beetroot, guarana — all the things that usually sound slightly intimidating until you realise they simply help you feel less wrecked afterward. By week five I noticed I recovered faster after long runs and difficult training days.

Stamina

Alongside everything is Staminoor Complex, my new “be an adult and take your vitamins properly” routine: magnesium, omega-3, D3K2, iron, B vitamins. The basics, but done intelligently.

Small And Powerful: the Shots

And then there are the Signature Shots, which honestly feel a little futuristic. A liquid formula made specifically for my profile and priorities. Not generic. Mine. It sounds indulgent until you realise how refreshing it is to stop guessing and actually follow something coherent.

By the end of the program, the biggest difference wasn’t some dramatic transformation. It was consistency.

More stable energy, better recovery, better focus, easier digestion, better mornings.

And maybe that’s the point.

Not becoming superhuman. Just feeling properly good in your own body.

I think too much of the wellness world is obsessed with extremes — harder, faster, younger, more optimised. But honestly? At this stage of life, I’m more interested in strength that feels sustainable. Natural, but strong and able to recover.

And that’s why I’d recommend this not only to athletes, but to anyone who wants a better quality of life — especially at 60 and beyond. Because healthy aging isn’t about performing like you’re 25. It’s about waking up feeling good, staying active, recovering well, thinking clearly, and actually enjoying your life and your body while living it.

The full program is at nooria.com. Even the evaluation itself is worth doing. You may learn a few things about yourself.

I certainly did!

What a fabulous package!

…to a 40 degrees wedding in Tuscany!
