    "You have run 250 km in the Sahara. You must be so "You have run 250 km in the Sahara. You must be so tough!", people tell me. Well, pure toughness breaks you. Endurance and resilience are much more about adapting, changing pace, acting before you're fully ready. We discussed this and much more at yesterday's @thenewnow.summit at @headsquarter_zurich Zürich, where I was invited to speak by its founder Evelyn Gorgos (thank you!!). The Health and Wellbeing section was my favorite, but I also tried to listen to as many presentations as I could because there were great speakers talking about finance, journalism, marketing, hospitality and many more relevant subjects (Last slide: my favorite speech, from Alex Müller, CIO at Züger Kantonalbank , about investing in uncertain times). In case you are wondering : my tank top says "I know I run like a girl. Try to keep up!" (Gifted by @holly.zimmermann ) Thank @gadgetgubi and @funkyforty for the photos and for the support.
